Trick or Treat CPU Event Level 4 Crashes on Launch

Removed all upgraded MF cards still unplayable.
The bug for me is Level 3 100 and I now have 4 keys to said area.

after attempting to enter Level 3 100 simply moves me to the title screen and says The servers can’t complete the request try again later. 

This leaves me completely halted as a non head2head player as I prefer to play cpu events  and grind challenges to simply better my team. 

Killed my candy momentum I had as well so maybe a little reward or make right would be nice but as it’s fixed soon who am I to complain.

Please fix it soon is all I can ask. Have a great day.

Problem started Thursday, 10-22-2026 around 1pm central.

Server error

when I attempt to play the most feared trick or treat CPU event level 4, I got kicked to the main menu with a message "our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later". This kicks me completely out of ultimate team.

I haven't had any issues editing or viewing my lineup and I have removed EVOs and most feared cards. Nothing lets me access level 4.

Thank you in advance! Would love if there was some kind of make-right for this issue, as I have lost opportunity in a limited time event to earn candy and the Terry mclaurin most feared card

Precisely the same thing others have mentioned.  I'm stuck on Level 4 of the CPU Event.  Upon placing the key into Level 4, I got the "Our servers cannot process..." error message, and now continue to get the same message every time I try to "Continue."  This initially happened to me yesterday, 11‐24, around midnight.

I've tried removing all of the Most Feared EVO items not only from my lineup, but from the cards as well, costing me a bit of training.

I believe problem started 10/22/2026

Whenever I try to play most feared trick or treat CPU events level 3 #150 I get kicked to the main menu with the error message “Our servers cannot process your requests at this time. Please try again later.” 

I have tried removing all most feared and EVO cards from my lineup but I still get the same error when I try to play most feared level 3 #150 

this has made it really hard for me to grind candies as I don’t play h2h game modes so maybe a make right would be appreciated but I’d be grateful for it just being fixed swiftly

The fix released an hour ago per @MaddenNFLDirect on X did not fix this.

I’m having an issue with the Most Feared CPU event in Madden 27. I won a game, and when I tried to start the next one, it said EA was still processing my previous game and to wait about a minute.

I backed out to upgrade one of my Season 3 players and open some packs. When I came back, I kept getting this error:

“Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Now I can’t get back into the event at all. I’ve restarted the game and my PS5 multiple times, tried changing my lineup, and tried the other troubleshooting suggestions. Nothing has worked.

Everything was working fine until I got that processing message, so I’m wondering if my event is stuck on EA’s end.

Is there any way someone can look into this and fix it? I’d really like to finish the event without losing my progress.

Tugok​ I saw that from others. I reported it, so they are aware of this one and are looking into it. I do not see an update yet on it yet though. That means there is not a resolution to it as of now. That doesn't mean there isn't one. We just do not see it yet.

 Can you confirm if this issue has been resolved?  

This issue began October 22 and as of October 28, it has not been confirmed as resolved.

The Candy Store offers refresh on October 22, October 29, and November 5. The current rewards include:

• 89 OVR Most Feared Champion Fantasy Pack — 47,600 Candy
• Three 86 OVR Most Feared Hero Fantasy Packs — 12,050 Candy each
• 89 OVR BND Champion Fantasy Pack — 21,600 Candy
• Additional limited-quantity player packs and rewards

Players who could not access the Trick or Treat CPU event lost opportunities to earn Candy, improve their lineups, acquire valuable players, and participate in the same progression system available to unaffected players.

Several affected players have independently requested make-right compensation, and I support that request.

The measurable issue is the loss of access to a time-limited earning opportunity.

Affected players have also spent considerable time contacting support, reporting this defect, and testing unsuccessful workarounds instead of enjoying the game they purchased.

A reasonable make-right would address the disadvantage created by this technical failure, not provide an unfair competitive advantage.

EA, please provide an investigation update and confirm whether an appropriate make-right compensation is being considered.

If resolved today, October 28, 2026, there is not enough time for players to earn candy for the packs described to improve their lineups.
