Ea needs make things right

Own August 11th I purchased madden 27 to preplay early and receive the extra rewards and content. In the content was madden points, which I purchased the same day for premium pass field pass. Everything worked fine good until the 13th when the game dropped and randomly started getting my premium rewards locked and lost never to be seen again. And I was also double charged for premium pass 1500 points. I have randomly lost premium rewards from 2× xp boosts, player card packs and coin packs, and a lot of spot light tokens. Most of recently, the unreal moment event, every level I achieved, every reward.I was supposed to receive was locked and I did not receive any of them from all of the first phase of unreal moments and they were 2× 80+ unreal moment players. I have reached out to them and spent hours online.And trying to get refunded madden points and my rewards , unblocked and awarded to me. I want to be rewarded everything that I was supposed to I spent the extra money so I could get extra benefits. And since then, I have experienced the worst gameplay from any game I have ever played and it's my favorite in Main game that I play. If there are others experiencing anything remotely similar, then this i really feel for u this is something that really needs to be looked into. There's no reason that the people that spend their money on this game, and on whatever benefits that come with this game, should have already received my points and rewards.But nobody has reached out to me or did anything to make things right. If there is anybody that works for ea , please look into it because it is ruining my experience of this game.
