Why cant ea do tight thing part 2

First of all, I have never experienced this kind of irony and aggravation this bad with a  game befpre madden 27 is so glitched out. I Have had my 1500 madden points straight up took from me.Feels like stolen from after prepurchasing madden 27 Deluxe for the extra content and to pre play that day on the 11th I purchased premium pass right after loading the game. Everything was working fine perfectly until the 13th.When the game dropped That is when I started having my premium rewards randomly locked and lost the rewards that I am owed are 2× xp boosts, player packs, coin packs, and many spotlight tokens. Which led me to seek help from an advisor at e , a , which led me to follow directions from the fore that told me when it shows its locked click the premium pass where it says x, and it brought me to a screen where it asked me to repurchase the premium pass or choose free pass I was told to click on premium pass, it would fix the glitch recognized that it was already purchased.  And would not repurchase , but instead it repurchased took my points 1500  madden points, which EA has chose not to give back to me yet.And it's been a month almost then , once the unreal event dropped part one and part two every level I achieved , I was supposed to receive premium reward all were 2× 80+ ovr and 2× 83+ ovr and every one of them was locked and lost , never received any even taking pictures screenshots , they still have refused to give me what's rightly mine if I didn't love football and madden being the only real game for me to play, I would immediately never play it again and advise everybody. I know to never purchase it. The Fact that that they do not protect their consumers , the players that spend their hard earned money on this game is very upsetting all they have to do is refund.My 1500 madden points and send me my lost player packs and other premium rewards that i'm sure is logged in their system. And I am sure I'm not the only one I have seen many people discussing these problems and the fact that nobody has done nothing is very alarming they have done nothing At all to make things right with there Consumers their madden players i really hope and pray that somebody that works for ea that has any kind of power sees this post to make things right  please do so. This is not a good look.I'd literally never had a problem with any game.But this game
