Missing rookie premieres and twitch drops

Good afternoon..

New to all the MUT Stuff. I have not received quite a few drops and I didn't know that this was somewhat normal LOL. Mainly my Rookie premieres and none of my twitch drops and I see the taskbar says that I got 100% and then I claim them And nothing still comes up. I checked to see if my account was linked to my twitch as well and it says it is so maybe I'm doing something wrong but I wanted to see if there is any kind of fix or am I missing something. I'm pretty sure I'm missing some other stuff but I didn't know there was a place for all this LOL m
