Platinum Player QuickSell Value

Hi everyone,

I opened a Flea Flicker pack from the ticket store recently and ended up w a Platinum 86 rated British Brooks. His quicksell value is 78,750 coins. Is this correct or a bug? Is it because he's BND?

I refuse to believe I wasted my valuable tickets for an 86ovr who quicksells for 78k...
