0 playing 0 searching Madden 17 xbox 360

Madden 17 shows that there are 0 players people playing and 0 searching. this is the first time i have seen this and i have been playing madden since 2006. is there some thing wrong with my system.

Cant play Madden 17 online . game shows 0 people playing and 0 people searching  and yet 799 games are in progress. This is not normal considering i have been playing Madden since 2007.

i am also having these problems with the servers can someone please fix this issue immediately
