Set took tokens no pack given "error '2"

So yesterday 9/11/025  around 9:00 p.m. Pacific standard time on a PS5 playing Madden ultimate team for Madden 26. User name Aszreal-SOTB I attempted to redeem three sets. The first of which was a signature series 25 token redeemed for a player between 85 - 87. Which worked and I did get the pack and I did pick a player. Then I tried to redeem the team of the week token exchange for an 85 through 87 player. Took all 25 tokens and never awarded me a pack. I thought maybe where there was a little lag so I went ahead and tried to redeem the Legends 25 token exchange set for a 85 to 87 player. Again took all my tokens did not award me. A pack was given a quick error message. It said like error 2 or something with like weird symbol in between. So now I'm out 50 tokens and didn't receive either of those two packs. This is really frustrating by the time you guys take care of it. These cards will be outdated.
