Summarize your bug This bug happens when I make formation subs from the coach menu. Then when in a game someone that I subbed gets hurt I end up having 10 guys on the field whether it’s on offense or defense trying to do two tasks at once. For example on defense I get a LB trying to blitz and drop back in coverage.(Sometimes I get an offensive player playing on defense, like a guard playing safety lol). I’ve also heard that it happens when you trade one of the players you’ve subbed but not sure..

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a formation sub and wait for the player to get injured
