Let me know if you have any luck. I reached out to EAhelp via twitter and they sent me here and I haven’t received a response. At this point I think they know how many users it has affected and they don’t want to lose profits so they are trying to sweep it under the rug. I have also tagged the madden twitter account and have been ignored is another reason why I think the issue is known. It dates back to September 17th. There would be a ton of make rights
