Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode
I am experiencing a recurring connection issue when trying to access Face of the Franchise on Madden NFL 23. Every time I attempt to load the mode, I receive the following error message: “Our Servers are currently experiencing a high volume of traffic and cannot process your request to access this league at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu.” This issue has persisted for several days, making the game mode completely unplayable. I have already opened support cases, but so far I have not received any response or solution. I would like to know if anyone in the community is facing the same problem and whether someone has found any workaround, solution, or official update about this issue. Hello, I was thinking that in one of the next madden games they should add a career game mode. Nothing like the superstar, but something kinda like road to glory. You choose if you are either a first round prospect, second or third round prospect, later round prospect, or a Undrafted free agent. From there you create your character and you can insert an age 21-24. Depending on what you picked with your prospect rank, you can either do your colleges pro day or combine. The later round prospects and undrafted free agent prospect can only do a pro day. You use a he combine and/or the pro day to build up your draft stock. You start off with no traits. Once you are picked up, you have to climb up the depth chart based on your training camp performance and how you played in preseason games, this with ultimately lead to either you being cut, making the practice squad, or making the 53 man roster. Based on performance on practices and if you get snaps in the game, you can rise up the depth chart until you are a starter. Throughout the season you can be traded at random times during the offseason and before the trade deadline and you can be cut. You have to overachieve to stand out as a leader.Play Now Live not working
Play Now Live on Madden 23 has not been working since at least september 2025 for everyone on every platform, the only thing that happens when you try to use it is an error message saying that the servers are experiencing a high amount of traffic and that it can't process any requests, can you guys please fix Play Now Live before you shut down the online servers on the 13th of july 2026? You're likely here because you have a great suggestion for Madden NFL 23 or for a future Madden title down the road. This is a perfect place to let out whatever you have on your chest to improve the Madden franchise. Some rules and guidelines for this board: Be constructive in your posts. If something in game is frustrating you, we ask that you highlight why it makes you feel that way and provide your thoughts on how to make it better. From our side, it's better to see one post with significant XP with the community adding onto it. This way we have similar thoughts in the same place which makes it easier to collect and read for the Madden team. This board acts like a "suggestion box" where the Forum Community Managers may be less active than the General Discussion and other forum boards. We recommend putting together a well thought out post and encourage all others to give it XP if it is something you'd like to see added into the game/franchise. The Forum Community Managers will be active in reading all thoughts here and ensure all posts with significant XP are vocalized to the Madden team. If you want to discuss the contents of the post among others here that is welcomed! We do encourage you to post on the other relevant game mode boards if you're looking to get a conversation going among others within the community and Madden Forum Community Managers. What is an example of a great suggestion or idea? A post that only says "you should put X in the game because it will make it better" won't likely gain as much traction compared to one that has reasons why the current design is causing obstacles for the community, a better way to go about the game design, examples of it happening in game (video footage isn't required but it always adds more value), and how it would be beneficial for the entire Madden community. I have played Madden ever since the first Madden has came out and I still enjoy the game. There is a redundancy of alot of player using the Eagles, KC, Baltimore and Buffalo which are great teams but I do not want to play these same teams all the time, I have experienced this redundancy for years now and it make me not want to play as much because I can barely play any other teams but those I have mentioned. There should be a filter or frequency setting as to what teams I would like to play against or teams I do not want to play as much. The Madden developers have always found a way to raise the bar and make Madden enjoyable and I honestly do not know how they can top what they have done with M26 but developers always find a way to make it better.
