Good morning fellow PC gamers,
I was in direct message with an EA advisor/ customer service via the @EA Help twitter chat feature. Unfortunately still no update on this and to be honest they just keep giving us the same old answers, like "they are investigating" and "they have escalated the issue". But as we all experienced all year, they have not done anything to fix it and regardless how patient and polite we are to the advisor, they "do not" have the access to grant the cards to us. It's been an extremely frustrating year of madden with a bunch of issues and bugs and most of us have missed out on a lot of rewards we actually earned. I don't ever see myself ever going back to console as it's more cost efficient for me to play on PC not having to pay yearly subscription for PS+ or Gamepass, just so we can play with friend and other people online when it's free on PC. I have been playing Madden for a long time and ultimate team since 2012. If they don't give us the next gen (XBOX Series/PS5) version, I will skip Madden 24 until we get what we deserve. Again, sorry for the bad news (Tariq Woolen Set no fix yet), but just trying to keep you guys updated on this topic. Appreciate all your positive responses and validating this issue. Thank you!
***I know no one cares if I play next year on not, just personal choice because I have been a faithful Madden customer and for EA to not address our issues is frustrating and time consuming, I just wanted to give them my personal opinion on this matter, because it's really frustrating to come on here and post and bother people with these issues***
