I am trying to redeem my MCS Tariq Woolen, but the game is crashing every time I attempt to redeem him. I have all the set pieces, but I am unable to redeem it. This has been going on all season with set rewards. I had similar issues when I was trying to complete team diamonds, champion and hero sets and it's because the set pieces that was place in them can't be upgraded. So I was able to just sell those pieces and buy the card out right of the auction house. That was my work around that issue.
Well in this case that's not possible, because these can only be redeemed 1 time and can't be auctioned.
Is there anyway you guys can just grant me the Woolen? I created the trouble ticket below, so that someone can look and investigate this issue. I also attached the image below.
