96 TARIQ WOOLEN MCS SET

I have the same issue while trying to claim this set as well!

I have the same problem on pc as well! 

EA help PC users who upgraded mcs player and are unable to redeem MCS Tariq Woolen. A fix or grant for those who are unable to get him would be much appreciated

Having the same issue on pc.  EA is trash.  They took too long for the Woolen set exchange as it was and now it won't let us exchange it..  This along with all the other problems this year is gonna make it tough to buy Madden 24.  Sadly I am addicted to mut.

Still no response or anything it seems. By the time they fix it, even though they probably never will, the card will likely be outdated, unfortunately. At least, as a PC player, I now know that EA has never cared about us, and there's no point in continuing to watch their streams or spend money on their games.

Yep, it's a known issue on PC, but EA refuses to acknowledge it, because they want to alienate the PC community so that they can eventually stop releasing the game on PC again. Support tries to help, but there isn't much they can do on their end without a legitimate fix implemented into the game.
