96 Zeke seems to be “stuck” in a trade
I offered a Zeke for another color smash card to complete a set but never received an accepted or decline notification. Nothing is showing in either ‘My Trade Block’ or ‘My Trade Offers’. I am unable...

That's really strange. If he's not located anywhere else on your roster, try contacting our Support team to see if they can verify he's still on the roster for you. My guess is that the trade may have actually process but the UI never updated. If the player is in a stuck state, they may need to have a specialist delete the item and grant it back to you.
