Unable to install Madden 23

We have a disc version of Madden 23 for Xbox One and while trying to install through the disc it fails because of a known issue with our disc drive where it doesn’t handle installing through discs very well. 

I went to install it through the Xbox mobile app but it does not show up on there. Is it not possible to install it through the Xbox mobile app?
