99 ovr Team Affinity Champion disappeared and error
A few days ago I finished the 99 overall Team Affinity Set.for Madden 23. I had to complete the Jalen Hurts set twice to get my 11th team affinity token, The Hurts set is now deemed redeemed and no longer repeatable. I completed the 99 set and received the item, which still did not have a position or name. Plus, it wouldn't go onto my team at any position. Now, the item has been removed from my binder by EA. I spent millions of coin to do the set.
