Abilities/Xfactors not appearing offline

Summarize your bug All offline modes are affected, online modes are not. No player superstar abilities, X Factors, or passing feedback (under pressure, perfect accuracy, etc) appear on the screen while playing any offline game mode. For online games this still appears.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurred when I received a message that I had too many superstar abilities equipped when entering a solo battle (which was not the case, i had my 12 ap and 3 x factors). I hit back and it just went into the game and the abilities no longer show in any offline game mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? No superstar abilities, x factors, passing feedback shown offline
What do you expect to see? My abilities showing so I can tell when they light up etc.
