Ability to resume multiplayer franchise games

Question

Given that there continues to be a significant number of disconnects, and even if that number were lower, this would still be a nice feature to have to negate power outages, internet outages, or kids pulling the power cord out of the wall.

Currently if a multiplayer franchise game disconnects before it is finished, the entire game is lost and has to be restarted. Single player franchise games however have the ability to be resumed. It would be very nice to have the same resume ability for multiplayer franchise games that become disconnected.

@ExpedientFalcon This needs to be a thing, especially in online leagues. But I also wish we had a better way to determine who dropped connection. As of now, u both get "opponent experiencing issues" prompt when someone is having connection issues. Makes it so much harder to make a determination for commissioners on what to do considering a force. So what I personally do is make them play a fresh 1/2.

The would stop half of the headache in 32 man leagues for commissioners and players who have breakout games

@buckmane225 Not only that, but it'd help when it comes to the disconnect as I said before. No restarting games, no having to worry about who's connection got lost, just pick up and finish the game for a clear cut winner.
