How are you supposed to dispute an account ban I have submitted a dispute but I have gotten no response from anybody my account is still locked because it was hacked I was able to get the account rec...

Submitting a dispute does not guarantee the ban will be overturned. Also, it can take a few days before you get a response. If you submitted the dispute within the last couple of days, give it some more time to get a response.
