Account Banned, EA Help says they do not see a ban

I have seen several people have this problem, suddenly I find a screen saying that my account had been banned by Cheating & Fair Play. Which I denied, Sometimes I go overboard with the celebrations in the gameplay and it can be annoying, but it's no reason for a ban, and if it is, I'm sorry, but I doubt this is the reason. I need to know the reason why I have been banned.

I logged in Madden 21 and the Companion App and find the message:

"This account has been denied access to this feature. Please contact customer service for more information."

I Reported this to EA Help, by email and by chat and the answer is that they don't see any Ban status on my account. The tickets are 85683727 and 85651185.

EA Help washes its hands saying that this problem must be Sony related, however it is not, as I have access to FIFA, Battlefront II, Last of us and others on my PS4. Madden is the only game that I can't access. His last response was to come to the HQ forums and wait for responses. I have seen for other cases posted similar to this on this platform that you do not trobleshott ban accounts issues, so this is a vice circle....

Community Managers are going to reply with their template about this issue. I have no expectation that this will be fixed, however I feel it needs to be exposed.

It is frustrating that this happens when you have played this for 3+ years and I have consumed packs with money, and above all I have not done anything wrong or dishonest.

    Hey there.

    Do you know what day you started seeing this message pop up up on your account? I see that you contacted us yesterday. If the action was done very recently, it's possible the system didn't have the details on your account regarding what the action was. Have you reached out to our Terms of Service team to dispute the action? You should have received an email regarding details on this. I recommend checking the junk, spam, promotion, and even deleted email folders to see if it was routed there. 

    Our Support team can provide confirmation on whether your account was actioned, but as I've seen some cases in the past, the details regarding what the ban was may be slightly delayed for our Support team to verify. 

    Celebrations aren't something the team will action for. We have specific info on what constitutes suspensions bans under this post.

    I'm sorry for the confusion you've experienced. Please let me know when you noticed this message on your account and I'll do what I can to track down more.

    This started last night (July 1st, 2021). Actually been playing during the morning till 3pm ET, the during the night I realized I was banned. I have asked for help at EA Help via email and chat.

    I have Checked all my folders in my email. I did not receive notification about the Ban in my account.

    I honestly do not know what may caused this ban. As far as I know, I did not break the rules, and if I did, I would you to let me know how I did. So I can coperate now on.

    Was your issue ever fixed? Im having the exact same problem on Madden 22 on PS5. Im not getting any answers.

    I want to know why my account was inexplicably banned. During the winter promotion, I bought a two person account on Epic and later created an EA account using my own QQ email. I didn't check my email until around February 16th when I played games with my cousin and realized something was wrong, but I didn't pay attention at the time. It wasn't until a few days later when I went online again that I realized it was banned. Because I didn't buy any other games or open cheats, my account was banned. I talked to a consultant yesterday, but today I rejected it and didn't explain the reason
