Account has been disabled without a reason

Hello this happened to me yesterday and I made a case for it on the eahelp website. I'm just really curious on why I've been banned I have checked my ban history and it doesn't state a reason why I've been banned or when I'll be unbanned. I'm just really confused on what's going on. I also am wondering how long it would be for me to get a response. I know you guys are busying I just don't really understand why I've been banned (Edited so I found the email and it says I've been banned for cheating?? This doesn't make any sense at all I never hacked cheated or done anything wrong.

    We won't be able to help you with bans over AHQ but the Terms of Service team can. More info can be found here: (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/electronic-arts-account-suspension-policy/)

    If you think the ban or suspension was a mistake, you will have to contact the ToS team: 

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
    2. Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
    3. Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
    4. Choose your platform.
    5. Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
    6. Fill out any additional details
    7. Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
    8. Click the + sign.
    9. Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.

    Suspension/Sanction related inquires are not handled over Answers HQ

  • Yes I know, I've already made 2 cases. I understand they are busy but I've spent over 400+ dollars and 250+ hours on the game and I'm being banned for no reason and I am not getting any responses.

    @dirttdogg1212 I get it man but sometimes it can take up to 14 days for there to be a response. Just gotta be patient that's all.
  • Same stuff happened to me im banned of madden for 13 days for no reason I did nothing all I do is play ultimate team
