Account has been disabled without a reason
Hello this happened to me yesterday and I made a case for it on the eahelp website. I'm just really curious on why I've been banned I have checked my ban history and it doesn't state a reason why I've been banned or when I'll be unbanned. I'm just really confused on what's going on. I also am wondering how long it would be for me to get a response. I know you guys are busying I just don't really understand why I've been banned (Edited so I found the email and it says I've been banned for cheating?? This doesn't make any sense at all I never hacked cheated or done anything wrong.

If you think the ban or suspension was a mistake, you will have to contact the ToS team:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
- Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
- Choose your platform.
- Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
- Fill out any additional details
- Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the + sign.
- Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
Suspension/Sanction related inquires are not handled over Answers HQ
