Everytime I win a player from the auction house it take a long time to get it in my collection I really need the player as soon as I win it

Unfortunately this is quite common issue at this time. I'm sure they'll be working out a solution very soon so I'd keep checking either here or the MUT twitter for updates.

I have done many transactions in the aution and I dont get my coins also the players are loked in the "my auction" preventing me from selling other players. WTF

I won the bid on an elite Sean lee. When I click on the item, it says I've won the auction yet I still can't access the item. Somebody please help I've given it time and have turned my system on and off yet nothing helps. I hope I didn't waste 30k

It saw In my auction house it was closed . But didnt show in binder. Also missing coins .

I bought the Mike Evans RS edition about two hours ago I never received the card I backed out of mut several times and still didn't have restarted it many times and didn't have it why is this occurring

wonder if theres anyway to help with this issue. frustrating to save up a bunch of coin just to lose it all for nothing

Its a bug that they need to correct it definitely is annoying and having to wait over a hr to speak to someone doenst help much.

I sold Johnny Manzel in auction today and it says it was sold, and i haven't recieved my coins.. did i just get hosed for $10K Madden Coin?

Please allow up to 24hrs for items to become available. We are internally investigating the cause of these delays.

I won't get the money from all the players I auctioned off even though it says the bids over? How do I get the money?
