Add a slider to adjust the effects of wind

Currently the effects of wind on kicks are far too powerful. A light 6mph breeze can change the distance of a kick by 15 yards. This is completely unrealistic and unbalanced. A slider would allow users who prefer the arcade-style wind effects to keep it, but for those who prefer realistic gameplay to tune the effects of wind down (it should honestly be at about 10-20% of what it is right now for kicks).
