AKA The New Class

Hello I completed all of my solos but the game did not register them so I was not awarded, I reached out to EA help and they directed me here. I have 26/36 tokens but I wasn’t awarded anything for the Flash, Debo, and Jackrabbit solos, shows 8/8 stars for each section but not showing all the stars in the total AKA progress. I restarted my game multiple times but still nothing. 

Idk if my last reply posted or not, I didn’t get the progress for completing my final solos this week. It shows the challenges are done 8/8 stars for Flash, Debo, and Jackrabbit but didn’t get the stars awarded to my total aka new class progress. I reached out to ea help and was directed here

Same for me too. I was looking forward to completing the challenge today but NOOOOOOO!!!! EA finds a way to mess with us AGAIN!!! I'm still 10 tokens short of completing the set for my free new AKA card.  What's up with that EA?! I expect a make right out of this.  This year's Madden takes the cake when it comes to EA screw ups!  How much more do we have to take of this nonsense?!

It’s a week later and it still only shows 35/36. 
I’ve done them all. 
I re did Jackrabbit and it’s only awarding 4, not 5.
