The game is not allowing me to audible at all. Everytime i press x to audible it just picks a random play and the audible prompt never pops up. This just started happening today when i got on as it has worked fine before. At first i thought it may have been my controller(although i just purchased it a few days ago) but does same on keyboard too

Try unplugging your controller and keyboard from the PC and plug them back in. Check to see if they have any drivers that need to be installed.
- What type of controller and keyboard do you have?
- Are you running any programs like Discord in the background when you're playing? If so, does closing those down fix this for you?
i got the same Porblem today for no reason. I dont run any progamms in the background. I use the Razer Blackwidow as a Keyboard and the standard XboxOne controller. I already reinstalled Madden and repaired it. I also tryed to unplug Keyboard and Controller and put them back in. Nothing worked. Please Help

Does it work if you unplug the Razer keyboard and only plug in the Xbox One controller?
Also, that Xbox One controller. Is it an official Xbox controller manufactured by Microsoft or is it a copycat version made by another company? I've seen some others experience controller issues with non-official controllers.
Same problem on madden 20
I'm on pc, using an xbox controller. However, the same thing happens when using my keyboard. Basically,when I click audible, it seems to have the right screen pop up for a split second until a play is chosen (usually a run), and it immediately exits. I've read other threads of this happening on the older games but there still seems to be no fix. It kind of makes the game unplayable because online is impossible to win.
