What type of issue do you have? Exploit
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Squads
Summarize your bug The app doesn't let me sell or buy cards and I can't do no solo challenges in ps4 mut .
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By letting me buy and sell thru app and letting play my challenges thru ps4 mut
What happens when the bug occurs? In the app it said to contact customer service and in the ps4 it say I'm not connected to the servers
What do you expect to see? To be fixed asap

    Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the issues you've been seeing? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. 

    If you're still running into the same issues after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you've got the chance. Thanks!

    The app is working fine, but still can't do any challenges in MUT.

    Right, I see what you're saying. It is strange that it's only affecting your challenges, but I have seen cases in the past where this is connection related. If you can try running through the steps I linked earlier I would appreciate it. Let me know if it helps once you've had the chance to try it out.
