Hi @2587b15793c8424e When you get a chance, I would recommend trying the following steps and checking if this continues. 

• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for updates 
• Restore Licence
• Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Open your PS5 NAT Type
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  

Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:  

• Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.   
• Select "Turn Off PS".   
• Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.  
• Restart the PlayStation.
