Auction House Ban

Today I logged on Ultimate Team and I had a message about a PERMANENT auction house ban. I'm not sure why I received this but have tried reaching out to EA via email and Twitter,  to no response. I've had no warning, havent sold coin, and have no idea why. I need to fight this or someone needs to give me an explanation.

    Sorry to hear about the news. Our Terms of Service team are the only ones that can investigate these actions and overturn them if they feel it was done in error from their findings.

    I wish you the best of luck in your case. I recommend providing as much information as possible in your dispute, including actions you took lately that you feel might have been the reason why a ban was done in error.

    I've been trying to reach out to someone but have gotten nowhere. When I talk to EA help they say that nobody can help me accept the terms of service people. I'm starting to question if anybody even exists paired what's frustrating as I spent thousands of dollars on my team and I've done and all under their guidelines and now it is weak and league and I can't make any alterations or take advantage of new cards.  They said I should have got an email with an explanation but I never dead. When I talk to someone in the Facebook help they encouraged me to contact every day until I get someone, but that has gotten me nowhere

    @nateblough Did you check your junk/spam/promotion folders for your email provider? The emails may have been routed there. The information they gave you was correct though, as they can't assist in overturning account actions and it must go through the Terms of Service team whom are trained for these type of investigations.

    I'm sorry you feel like you're not getting anywhere. The link I posted above explains how to contact them and you should get a response back within 5 business days. Due to volume levels though, it's possible it could take slightly longer to get a response back if it's suddenly very busy from their end with a surge in disputes.

    These investigations are done manually by an EA employee to ensure accuracy, it's not automated, so these take time with the little extra care they have to put into them to ensure the bans are either justified or need to be overturned due to error.
  • I am banned on the auction house and I want to be unbanned and my account is  and I want to look in the auction house 

  • Apparently they don’t give out warnings they just do it as if ppl actually read the EA agreements. They’re skipping through it to play the game. Now imma be honest I bought coins but the issue for me is why let such websites exist if they have a problem with it and the same coins are being used for your game. For some they make it hard for ppl to earn coins and we spend money on the store just get bull because of the odds.but it’s about money not about the player experience. We want the better cards but it’s not easy task to get for novice player. The warning would’ve sufficed. I know now not to purchase coins and if I can’t use the auction to buy players it’s no need for me to play this game since I can’t obtain players other than the store. And I definitely not spending any more money.
