Auction lock since 10/17 after overturned ban/sanction

At this point I’m just going to make a post every single day because I don’t understand why I receive emails that my sanction/ban has been removed and when I connect to support I receive messages that I need to wait for ToS when I’m telling them that my ban has been lifted Ives created so many cases reached out to any madden rep on twitter and I don’t get it it’s almost been a month now I received the image below this morning on 11/11/22. Can somebody help please ? PSN : kj2plaaya

    We are unable to assist with BAN disputes or provide information on Answers HQ. You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team for further assistance. If you have already done so you will want to continue working with our support on confirming if you do not have an active BAN and disputing it if so. We are unable to provide further information or assistance on Answers HQ.

    @KjTooWavy23 did you ever get this fixed? I got auction house banned last week for no reason and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at EA to explain to me why this happened.

    Lol nope been going back and forth with ea advisors they’ve been closing my cases without addressing the issues it’s very frustrating that everytime I get into a support chat they talk about me being banned and don’t understand I’m not banned anymore just need my auction house fixed.
