Auctionable 94 Joe Thomas labeled BND

I have been running powered up 94 Joe Thomas at LT, but decided to power him down and sell him today.  When I did that, the 94 is marked as BND, and when I attempt to click on it to go to the upgrade tab, I get a message, The servers cannot process your request at this time. (Uiltimate Team quits to the main menu if I click on the card in my binder.)

I have tried all options to make it work.  I have tried putting the 94 in my lineup and going to its upgrade tab, but that gives me the same message, and also kicks me out of Ultimate Team, and back to the main menu.

I paid 240k for thi card several weeks back, and was hoping to sell him while the market is high, but I see no fix for this.  (All obvious potential fixes like quitting Ultimate Team and resetting the Xbox have been tried.)

Because I was previously banned for false accusations, since overturned, I do not have the option to contact customer service to fix this, and am left here pondering a solution.  

My assumption is that I left 5 training on Joe Thomas when I put him into his Power Up card to access his discounted abilities.  Now I cannot click on the card to downgrade it, to remove the 5 training, because any attempt to click on the card and downgrade it kicks me out of Ultimate Team entirely.

When each of my last 3 bans were overturned, I asked that they restore my access to customer service, so I can properly deal with issue as they come up.  That has not happened, so I am stuck, currently losing out on 200k since I can’t sell my auctionable 94 Joe Thomas.
