Banned coin distribution!

So I worked this past weekend all weekend really on the John elway set . I finally got it done and then a 1/2 passed then bam they took all my coin 3.2 mill. All I did all weekend is did the sets and sold the 92s I dint need them my team was already good enough imo. I kept the Elway for my team I also spent over 100.00 on the 75% off bundles that were offered and sold many cards out of those as well. My question is has anyone else had this happen for doing the John Elway set? I didn't trade cards I didn't buy coins or sell coins . Only thing I did is buy players off Auction house to complete the sets . I don't understand how this is coin distribution??? I want my Money back at the least if this isn't resolved. So unfortunate because I have been playing madden since the 1st game was released. I feel like my hands are tied and there is no way to dispute anything except an email. How is that fair in cases when people are wrongfully accused of something. Sad so disappointed. I submitted a claim but from what I've been reading I'm not hopeful I get resolved.

Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.

Choose your platform.

Fill out any other details below.

For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.

Click Select contact option.

Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I have already submitted a claim and last night I was coin wiped again and hit with a auction house ban. Again all I did was sell the remaining cards on the Auction house that came out of the John Elway sets . So 2 Bans in 24 hr period for selling set completion parts. I feel like there needs to be a different way to resolve these issues . It specifically says can take up to 30 days for a reply. The best content for madden is during Christmas and now basically I won't be a part of that because of this.

I also completed the Elway set some time ago and JUST began selling the Team Diamonds and then buying them back later at a lower price. EA wiped my coins and then said that they confirmed I had been involved in coin distribution.
I’m a 41 year old dad with three kids. I hardly ever play head to head. I play challenges and solo battles. I just love the cards and playing the game. I spend money and was having a lot of fun.

I have no idea how to distribute coins or have them distributed to me. In my dispute, EA just said that they confirmed my account was involved, but no evidence was provided. I’m just trying to learn how to read defenses. Sheesh. It seems many people have had this problem with selling Team Diamonds.

@Swanson2 this just happened to me today I had 1.5 million and I left for 1 hour and came back and it was gone did you ever get your stuff back if so how. I’ve never been banned from madden and I’ve been playing for 10 years. I didn’t do anything wrong that’s the messed up part it’s so frustrating.

@Swanson2 Same thing just happened to me. So frustrating. After I've spent so much money on EA buying packs. Then auctioned some high end cards and now I'm banned. I'm done with EA. They won't get another dime from me.

@EA_Darko They won't help you there either! Just send you an email back saying we're right you're wrong". EA is just as broken as their games are.

If our TOS team finds that the ban was placed correctly @Muniz831 then they won't lift it.

Maybe your company should change that since it is an idiotic and unhelpful process. Provide some f'ing clarity!!!!
