If you think the ban or suspension was a mistake, you will have to contact the ToS team:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Make sure to log in to the account you've been banned or suspended on.
- Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
- Choose your platform.
- Select 'Manage my account', then 'Banned or suspended account'.
- Fill out any additional details
- Click 'Select contact option' at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the + sign.
- Fill out the attached web form to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
Suspension/Sanction related inquires are not handled over Answers HQ

- chinsrus1013 years agoHero+@slime_g0D0 You will need to wait patiently for a response. The team is almost always backlogged with appeals and to ensure they are properly and appropriately reviewed it can take up to 30 days.

That’s crazy 30 days to simply review transaction history is crazy what happens if it’s a false ban I get no rewards and it’s a sorry it was our mistake is crazy after spending money on the game to play then falsely banned for a issue that you guys system had
