@slime_g0D0 You will need to wait patiently for a response. The team is almost always backlogged with appeals and to ensure they are properly and appropriately reviewed it can take up to 30 days.
That’s crazy 30 days to simply review transaction history is crazy what happens if it’s a false ban I get no rewards and it’s a sorry it was our mistake is crazy after spending money on the game to play then falsely banned for a issue that you guys system had
