Banned twice in two hours for no reason
I was playing Madden h2h when suddenly it hit me. I didn't do anything wrong and I received an email that I was perma banned for cheating! Firstly I never cheat and secondly I don't know what they are talking about.
The first ban mail came around midnight. I contacted eahelp on twitter. Two hours later another identical email comes.
The next day I talk to some guys from eahelp. I checked my bans and the first was overturned. But NOT the second which was also a false.one! Now I'm trying to talk to someone about this and nobody is answering.
I can't believe this. A dedicated Madden fan, never ever cheated, banned or did anything wrong trying to get my account unbanned without EVER DOING SOMETHING WRONG.
Spent 90 euros for the preorder, around 100 for packs, never bought coins. And this is the "thank you" from EA.
MADDEN was a way to escape my anxiety attacks and now it gives me even more. Way to go boys. Busted my * to make my team and now I'm begging to take my game back....
