I play on Xbox series X and have never had a problem with madden until just a few days ago. I try to play a match from the franchise and the whole screen is pitch black that does not go away. I also have a interview thing that I can do in franchise as well but when I try that, it causes the whole game to freeze/crash.
Also tried to go as a new team but I still have the same issue, however exhibition seems to be working fine.

When you have a second try the following:
Reboot the power to the modem/router
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
I don’t think Doing that won’t resolve anything.
tried it on a different Xbox as well and still didn’t work
I tried a different account, works on there but it’s down on mine.
