    Hey @Tsm_Eli713 

    In addition to restarting the game, have you tried restarting your console or PC, logging out, and then signing back into your account? This can help resync your profile.

    Please also check any new players in your binder, perhaps the pack content was granted without pack opening animation.

    @EA_Pulsar I bought two of these packs the other day and I received nothing. Sent a a ticket and didn’t even get a confirmation that you received it.
