Bought Used PS4. Madden18 EA account as old owners on my account
I bought a used PS4. old owner had madden18 and signed in with his ea account. every time i try to sign in it uses his email, and i can’t change it to mine. is there anyway i can reset it and play on my ea account and make it to where it won’t automatically try to sign into his? it won’t let me enter a different email as his is already showing on the screen.
To disassociate the console from the previous owners account you need to deactivate it as the primary console for that old users account and then activate the console as the primary console for your account.
