The build-a-stadium and team relocation has been booty cheeks for years (like, since the ps3/xbox360 era). Why they can't at least make the stadium builder and create-a-team (team relocation nowadays) like the PS2 Era games, I really dont know. The stadium builder wasn't GREAT by today's standards, but it was a lot better than it is now.

@Garlew16 b/c back then they had 1 chance to make money on the game, and that was the sale of the game... so they had to innovate, to entice gamers to get each year's version...
now, they have a chance to make money year round, with MUT, so they don't have innovate, they can put out the EXACT same version, year after year, and as long as those worthless packs of cards on MUT are fresh, people will continue to pay for them, and thus that their only concern... the game is insignificant, as evidenced that not only are the overall game, graphics, dynamics, etc are the same but so are the bugs... they copy and paste, update the roster, and call it a day....
and like morons, we fall for it EVERY YEAR.... can't speak for anyone else, but this is my last year of buying Madden... i can't support this anymore... i'd rather give my money to a company that's going to innovate, even if they are making money on microtransactions too...
