Buying packs and not receiving players

So I just purchase the starter playoffs Pack (2800pts/ 23$) opened the pack and got 3 91overall players and 1 93overall player, I click on one player to look at his attributes and the game says “error ect.) so I reload Ultimate Team and go to my item binder and the players aren’t there, I don’t have any Ultimate team points meaning that pack was opened and I didn’t receive my players… I paid 23$ for nothing. Also when I loaded Ultimate team I received an All Pro Pack for Rewards and when I opened that the game crashed.. reloaded the game, went on Ultimate Team and the pack wasn’t in my unopened packs and no players in my binder as well. I feel completely scammed here and extremely frustrated. I don’t get much time to play this game and when I do this happens. I’m getting more and more upset with this game and it’s servesr, this might be the deal breaker for me… spending my hard earned money towards a million dollar company and the results I get are completely discouraging to continue to want to play this game. I’m currently playing on PlayStation 5, gamer tag is LemonPepperPac.
