    Hey there @greatnigel23,

    If you are missing a game mode tile from the main menu, this indicates your account has received action. Contact our Terms of Service team for further information as we're not able to assist with bans directly here on AHQ.

     
    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
     
    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Click Select contact option.
    6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

If game modes have gone missing from the main menu, you most likely have a ban on your account. You'll need to reach out to the Terms of Service team following the steps in the accepted solution posted here as we aren't able to help with bans over the forums.

Yeah i think i was banned But i Can access the Companion app so is not a banned and the ea help people told me that my account was not banned
