@Dikinyaboote This has been an issue for awhile now. Something they haven't been able to fix (or not care about because its not MUT) Only real fix ive seen is to slow the skill points to upgrade them. It seems once they are upgraded 75% or higher, they fire themselves. IDK why.
If I simulated the entrie season, it let me hire a new one the following year. But then the same thing happened again after that season. I tried following someone’s directions that supposedly were the only way to fix it but they weren’t clear and I wound up deleting all my progress after over 10 seasons of building up my team and players. Soooo insanely frustrating. I already had to uninstall it and redownload it after technical issues and now it seems like it’s not widespread enough for them to care.
