I have the same problem! Thought I could now start with Madden 23 on my new xBox Series S, but I must have miscalculated. Maybe it's because I wanted to use my old EA account for the Playstation with the xBox, but couldn't use the same gamertag!
I uninstalled Madden NFL 23, then reinstalled it and suddenly it worked!
- Just wanted to play a bit again and what happened, of course the same error as at the beginning. Maybe EA needs a bit of competition to finally deliver a good product. But if this continues like this I probably won't be in Madden 24 anymore!
