Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to log into the EA servers on my console
What happens when the bug occurs? It says you must be signed into EA servers and PlayStation. Also a unknown logging issue has occurred. I know my ps5 is connected to the internet since I can stream Hulu with no issues.
What do you expect to see? Being able to log into my EA account

I have this exact same issue on XBOX Series X. Unknown login error and can’t play any online modes. Only affects Madden 23. Not other network issues with any other games or services.

Hey @MitchellZ87 For Xbox can you try the below steps and confirm if you keep getting this message as well?
- Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Remove then Readd Gamer Tag to console

I’ve tried most of these steps prior to posting. They did not work. Will try again this evening to verify. For the record, I can login to my EA account and play online on every other game I own though, to include Madden 22, it just will not login on Madden 23. I did not have this issue prior to installing the update for Madden 23 last week.

- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type

I have tried all these steps still can’t login into the EA servers
- @ryanf211 I’m just happy they replied here. The question I submitted a couple days ago for this issue has gone ignored this far. If you scroll through the threads there seems to be quite a few of us with this issue. Super frustrating!
madden 23 won’t let me play online I have ps plus and my WiFi is connected I also reseted my ea password and it still won’t work. I know i did not just spend 70 bucks and not even be able to play
