Summarize your bug I bought 2928 packs with coins using the 16 gold player pack bundles. When I try to get into the unopened pack screen I am kicked out of Ultimate team. I have tried all of the troubleshooting processes that ea help have suggested and they haven’t worked. I have almost all of my coins invested in those packs and don’t know what to do.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase 2928 packs and try to get into the “unopened packs” page.
What happens when the bug occurs? The “Error our servers cannot process your request at this time” message pops up and I am booted from ultimate team
What do you expect to see? I would expect to get into my unopened packs page where I would be able to open up the packs I bought

I still can’t open packs
When I earn packs from solo challenges I am now unable to open those as well. Madden Ultimate team has become unplayable for me, I could use some help
Did you try opening a case on EA help because I tried to and they did not help at all
Yes I’ve tried opening a case and I’ve tried using EA help but they said I would have to report it as a bug on here. I’m not sure though if anyone from EA looks at these.
