When I earn packs from solo challenges I am now unable to open those as well. Madden Ultimate team has become unplayable for me, I could use some help
Did you try opening a case on EA help because I tried to and they did not help at all
Yes I’ve tried opening a case and I’ve tried using EA help but they said I would have to report it as a bug on here. I’m not sure though if anyone from EA looks at these.
I did the same thing and got the same reply. For me it was when presents were supposed to transform from collectibles to packs I now have 1,399 unopened packs and I can’t open them I get the same error.
