Can’t play anything other than afc vs nfc after downloading from PlayStation sto

Did you find an answer for this? I called EA sports and it's a guy in India who knows nothing about football. He told me it was a known issue and they're working on it but he had no clue what he was talking about. Then he made reference to online being down. That's not my issue I paid $30 some bucks for Madden 2023 so I could play all 32 teams and it's not really a game it just gives me the option of playing NFC versus AFC. So then I called the PlayStation store to try to get a refund and They say due to being busy they can't take a call and hang up on you. Did the online chat and it was a 42 minute wait and nobody actually ever came on. So now I'm stuck with this crappy EA game That only allows NFC versus AFC definitely not Madden football and its entirety.
