Can’t redeem 99 overall patrick mahomes

I bought the superbowl pack where you get the 97 ovr pick and get the 99 ovr Patrick Mahomes collectible so you can redeem the 99 overall Patrick Mahomes card. And still have no received help and the problem has not gotten fixed. I’m on pc btw.
