I'm having the same issue, support told me the same crap. I've tried everything and it is def a bug on their end, but they just push me away and say it will be fixed soon just wait and pray lol.
Yeah I don’t see them doing anything any time soon. Especially when you get the same run of the mill questions and answers from them like did you even read the notes from all the times that I’ve chatted trying to get this fixed lol they are not going to fix it and if they do it will be months from now
