Can’t use in game currency

nah bro it’s on xbox too, And same thing as everyone else buy one pack than error can’t buy anymore, Ea rlly just telling everyone that they gonna forward it to the Team meanwhile they ain’t. My Gamertag is: YetheKing

I am playing on PS5 and experiencing the same issue.
gamertag = Bunders1980
support have been useless! I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same error. I have attached a screenshot showing what happens any time to try to purchase ANY pack!
When is this going to get fixed. I can’t use my in game currency and I’m missing out on so many players because of it. My money is stuck in the store (3350 madden points) and I can’t use it because of this bug. And those of us that are affected by this are not getting any answers or response from ea help on the issue. I haven’t had access to the store since 09/22/2022 and can’t get anyone to fix it. Why is this taking so long? How many times do we have to complain about it to get it fixed? Why are we being ignored on this issue?
@PoundGLegitIt's not going to be fixed, they don't give a frick about a few of us at all. That EA rep replied and he won't ever reply again lmao.
They already deleted one of my post when I said some legal stuff saying its not allowed on the forums. But what else are we supposed to do? They respond once every 4 or 5 days and ask the same questions that we’ve already answered and say it’s been referred to the team. Smdh.
