I keep getting this message everytime I try and purchase a pack. Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending.
can someone please help with this issue as it has been on going for a day now.

I’ve been on the phone with EA 2 times and chat about 8 times trying to get it fixed and all I’ve gotten is a run around and told its forwarded to the team. But no one from the team has said anything to me. I’ve said something about it o n twitter and no response either. So I missed out on GG Packs/rerolls, legends, and now AKA. Guarantee you gonna miss out on GG part 2 and Team Diamonds because of this and won’t get compensation for any of it. By the time they fix it the super bowl will be here is my guess
I’m telling you guys right now don’t expect this to get fixed anytime soon. We are going to miss out on TOTW, Gridiron Guardians 2nd drop, Team Diamonds packs, legends, and rerolls. And the way the AH is ain’t no way we will be able to buy those high * cards with coins. We won’t get compensated even though this bug isn’t on us it’s the games itself.
I’m willing to bet it won’t be fixed until after Halloween/Most Feared promo. And if it’s not fixed by then it isn’t getting fixed. Right now we are getting the same questions/answers from every EA help rep that we talk to. “I’ve referred it to the team please be patient it will be fixed”. Or “let’s go through the troubleshooting steps” etc. but in the end they label our case closed and state “no fix available”.
I can’t even tell you how many times I have been asked “what’s your name, PsN ID, what problem are you having, what platform are you on, when did this happen etc” behind this issue over and over and over. Like talking to a brick wall ever time I report this issue trying to get it fixed. And I’m tired of talking to someone who can barely speak English. At least they can do is acknowledge that it’s an issue on twitter. Right now I’m a disgruntled customer and I have every right to be. Basically holding my 3350 hostage in the MUT store. Can’t use them and can’t get a refund and being told to be patient about my hard earned money being held hostage because of some bug that after my 10 complaints you think would be fixed by now . Rant overBro i would write about it but you already said everything i would have. It’s insane that i’m sitting here w 17,900 points that i paid for with my hard earned money and i can’t even buy a pack. BUT IF U GO BUY COINS THEY WILL BAN U IN 5 minutes. Crazy bro at least go on twitter and let the people know ur fixing it but i forgot THEY AINT
Yeah no mention of this issue on twitter like they won’t even acknowledge it bro. I’ve said something about on MaddenNFLDirect multiple times and gotten no response. However, people complained on twitter about not being able to have both Cordell Patterson cards (HB/SS)in their lineup and EA acknowledged it and fixed that within an hour. That’s the bs that I’m mad about.
